Here’s to the truth……Mango

There are times when I order all the fun things that are filling up my inbox. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Today’s order from MANGO arrived and frankly, it wasn’t great :(. I could have tried it all on and showed you, but that wouldn’t feel authentic because if I wouldn’t wear it myself, I wouldn’t recommend it to you. Know what I’m sayin’? Mango is a little like Zara. There are SO many great things at great prices that you could get very lost down the rabbit-hole. Use caution or you’ll end up with forty boxes at your door – ha!

So, just showing you the things that I love and hoping you love them all too 🙂

So here are the only picks I have for you! WHITE DRESS; SWEATER; BLOUSE; TRENCH COAT

See what I’m saying? This DRESS looks AMAZING on the website and then I got it home and N-O. It was TERRIBLE. I wanted it to work SO badly because I love a great “hostess” dress and I thought this would be it. To be honest, you might LOVE it and it might be worth a try. I just couldn’t in good conscience, show it to you when I wouldn’t necessarily wear it myself. If it had looked great, I was going to wear this OLD SCHOOL CHARM BRACELET or this GOLD LINK BRACELET, a cocktail ring like THIS and THIS and then a cute pair of kitten heels in BEIGE or GREEN. BTW – after I bought this, I saw a blogger on Instagram wearing it and she promoted it – I guess it looked good on her….. 🙂

You know what I mean when I say, “Hostess with the Mostest”….I mean you are having people over, you put on your longer dress or caftan and “receive” your guests – ha! What if you had a big fat boat and you were inviting a group to come aboard….wouldn’t any of these below be great? I’m all about the “hostess dress”.
