Graduation is over, sigh, and now we have a rainy Memorial Day. So much for the hot dog. Actually, I think I’ll still have a hot dog and pretend I’m at an outdoor picnnic.
Anyhoo, as we head out to a graduation party today (Sunday), I am realizing that sandals are not going to cut it in the rain. So, I’ve pulled out my favorite Golden Gooses. NOW, I’m not ALWAYS a fan of the GG. First of all – they’re so damn expensive! Seriously. The other thing is that I really like WHITE tennis shoes – clean, white tennis shoes. Most GG’s are that “dirty look”. I think they look GREAT on so many people, but for me….I just like white. Somehow, I managed to find a GG a few years ago that are still white with the comfort of the GG brand. So, I think I’ll have to skip the sandals and go for the Goose.
So, check out my fav pair and how you can get the “lay-up” if you’re not interested in spending $500+ :). Also sliding in a few other cute finds…..I could go OOOONNN about sneaks, but I’ll spare you on a holiday 🙂

I posted this pic two years ago. I LOVE these sneaks. They look WAY more expensive than they are and I get compliments ALL the time. They also stay nice and WHITE. Nordy’s is carrying them again – get ‘em!
Ok, no more on sneakers….but this top pair by JSlides is SO comfy. They’re perfect to slip on and go. I’ve had the slide version for a few years and I’m still wearing them! This NIKE pair is so retro, I LOVE ‘em.
Disregard the hat…it is summer after all. BUT, this belted cape is water resistant and can be monogrammed! I could have used it over the last few days – ha! I think it’s great for all year! (BTW – it was $200 now $55!)
Random thought for the day….I LOVE this top. I love with the high-waisted jeans…slim city…..
