This is Daun Dees, my new inspiration. Not only is Daun adorable, smiley, bright and FUN, she’s a mom of FIVE (yes, you read that right) and has her own business, Rivet Utility.
Daun’s goal with Rivet Utility is to make getting dressed everyday EASY. (Sound familiar?) She wants to do one thing right….the JUMPSUIT. Perfection.
I was lucky enough to be introduced to Daun at her studio by my SIL. It was SO cool to hear Daun’s story about starting the brand AND to actually see her in action. She’s an absolute breath of fresh air with a vision – and I just love that.
Now, jumpsuits can be hard…..they’re either too short and hike up on you (that’s me) or they’re too long in length or too baggy….I could go on. Daun has made series of styles that seem to fit everyone. There’s a style for YOU in her collection. Put it this way, my SIL and niece are under 5’4 and short-waisted. I’m 5’6 and long-waisted but somehow, we all have the same Rivet jumpsuit and they fit us – all of us! That’s unusual…to find a jumpsuit that can suit the masses.

Lily is 221and I’m 51….somehow this baby work on BOTH of us – LOVE IT.
Kinda wishing I came home with this one. It’s on the baggier side, so it comfy yet slimming….that’s a combo.
Stay tuned for this green baby. She’s not out yet but you are going to want it when it does :). Great for a more dressed-up look, but still EASY.
