Sunday + Snow = Shopping

Ok, it’s SUNDAY am, I made a big breakfast, it’s snowing, it’s cold and I’m ……online shopping. YES, I am. I’m just putting all SORTS of cute stuff in my cart! I’m workin’ the winter sales but I’m ALSO looking for things to pack on the couple of warm-weather trips we are taking beginning next week. The PROBLEM is….I want it ALL! I sound like Veruca! At least I’m not shopping for a GOLDEN GOOSE….or maybe I am ;0

Funny thing – I was looking around at Cynthia Rowley – total blast from the past because I haven’t bought anything by her in FOREVER. Anyway, I found these CRAZY ROLLER SKATES! I was dying. THEN, I went to my pals for an Oscars party and she was telling me she took her 8 year old roller skating – ha! How funny is that? She was apparently queen of the rink ;0 . I’m telling my teenagers to go – so retro.

My gosh – I have always been obsessed with ribbons ever since I was a little tiny tot. Any kind of ribbon trim really makes it. How funny I fell upon these boots AND this hoodie trimmed in ribbon. LOVE. Oh, and these jeans. I’m going to take a chance on these.

Vacation time! I LOOOOVE pink and green -so “Preppy Handbook” from the 80’s. And, it totally reminds me of what my mom might have worn to The Cloister in Sea Island, GA in 1980. Sigh – good memories.

There you have it! This is what happens when you are sitting in the snow dreaming of a vacation. I’m thinking I need each of these – not a dog in the bunch.

I gotta run. I’m watching “Sister Wives” and I can’t focus ;0
