What’s Your “Neck” Line, anyway? Elevated T-Shirts and MORE for Spring!

Gals.

A bunch of people saw my little short video on Insta and asked about the tops, so I’m quickly showing them along with a few GREAT finds for Spring :). So, here goes…..

Necklines and elevated t-shirts kinda go hand in hand. I like open necklines instead of a crew that comes right up to my neck. It always depends on the actual piece, but I tend to stay with the v-neck or scoop or even a square neckline. Do I ever wear a high neckline or a turtleneck ? Maybe eight out of ten times, but I’ve got my hair back to give a more open feel.

When it comes to t-shirts, I reallllly try to get something that is t-shirt material but that has a little kick – puff sleeve, gathered sleeve, ruffle neck or a collar. Please toss any of your old, worn white t-shirts and try to spice it up with an “elevated” look.

Lastly, when it comes to necklines, go ahead and ask a friend to tell you which style looks best on you. But, at the end of the day, you should be able to see for yourself which one suits you. Seriously, if you go to Nordstrom, grab every style you can and do a try-on. You’ll see the difference….

Trust the Mother….you’ll be glad you did.

Blue Long Sleeve Puff, Red Ruffle Top, White V-Neck, Red Ruched Buttons

Throwing out some FUN FINDS for this Spring as well! 🙂

Loving short dresses this season like this WHITE ONE and this YELLOW FLORAL. I’m not saying goodbye to maxi dresses, I just really like them to be a trim fit that is not too pouffy like this ORANGEY/REDISH or the BLUE LACE. I’m obsessed with colored sandals like these LUCITE PAIRS (PINK & NATURAL) Loving the OMBRE orange and yellow pair and the classic WHITE.

Three great Spring outfits. LOVE YELLOW for this year with a great WHITE PANT and these JEWEL SANDALS. I’m loving the BLACK T-SHIRT, even with the neckline because it has an interesting sleeve. Great JEAN SHORTS that aren’t too shorty-short. And these cool BEADED SANDALS are SO unique. I always love a FRONT-TIE WHITE SHIRT (or THIS ONE) with a slightly DISTRESSED JEAN. Add a pop of color with the ORANGE SANDALS.

Aren’t these little Two-piece sets cute??? I love ‘em! There’s a LAVISH and two GREAT LAY-UPS. Try ‘em!
