Most of you know, but some of you may not know that I live in Colorado. Everyone assumes that JUST BECAUSE I live in Colorado,I’m a skier! I’m here to tell you, I am NOT a skier. Ha!
Growing up in Chicago, our only choice for ski resorts were in Michigan or Wisconsin. We used to go every so often and that is where we learned to ……..ski on ICE ;). That should have come in handy had I been a skier here in Colorado, but alas, I am not.
Sometimes, I wish I were into skiing because honestly, the outfits are always to DIE for. Women look so chic in their coordinating ski outfits – they really do. If I were to go skiing, you can bet your bottom dollar that I’d be wearing something like these. (No bargains here…but are there ANY ski bargains?? Nah.

To be honest, my favorite part of skiing is the APRES-SKI. There is nothing better than sitting by the fire, sipping a cocktail (preferably one by Blue Ash Farm!), and waiting for the skiers to come in. It just feels so warm and fuzzy, right?
