I don’t know about you, but me thinks taking a selfie is no easy task! I got this fancy mirror so that I could take these crazy selfies, and let me tell you…..I probably took 100 of them. So, you’ll see my greatest work below.(I should have straightened out my sheets. My MIL would not be proud!)
I had to share because I went in to this store here in Boulder (remember, not many choices) called Evereve. It’s a chain, so you probably have one near you. They carry Citizens, Sundry, Paige, P448….you get the picture…they carry a bunch of different brands. The good news is that everything they carry is pretty affordable. They also have this system where if you try on ONE pair of jeans, you’ll walk in your dressing room and there will be five things to go with them :). Kinda smart and a perfect way to help someone who can’t stand to shop.
Anyhoo, I found a few cute things including this JUMPSUIT. OMG. It is SO cute on the bod. (Remember, the selfie is a work in progress.). This one is stretch linen, so it’s actually comfortable.
Let’s be honest…the model wears it well :). I did try this other jumpsuit. This one is more LOUNGEY. You know, when you’re hanging around at 6PM waiting for a cocktail and you don’t want to be dressed up, but you also don’t want to be in your sweats? This would be the answer! It’s flattering – soft too!
Ok, now here’s the MOST IMPORTANT thing you will read ALLLLL DAY. I have found what I, Angela, think are the perfect white T’s. The tank is my FAV! It’s a GREAT fit and it comes in all sorts of colors – BONUS. The short sleeve has a cute scoop neck – flattering on ALL. The two long sleeve are just way BETTER than a plain ole long sleeve T! LOVE LOVE LOVE. You need these.
Last, but not least……
I happen to LOVE denim skirts. I think at 50!, they look a tad better than shorts – on ME. So, I found this one that isn’t too tight and looks pretty great on. I’m not going to wear the t-shirt with it until I give it to my girls’ for Father’s Day and then steal it from their closet…just like they do to me ;0. The redish/pinkish “denim” jacket is SOOOOO cute. It’s fitted and it’s cotton with a touch of spandex, so it’s got some stretch. Makes a cute little outfit…I dunno….
